Seriuosly, why are the majority on here doom and gloom merchants with only a few of us seeing the benefits of the merger with prime opportunity ahead. We alone with Saffron should be 6-7p at the moment with more to come. Covid-19 and the price of oil hasn't helped, but oil is slowly increasing - GREAT TIMES AHEAD.

DD was done by both CERP and BPC beore this could have gone through so according to DD the finance is there, otherwise this would not have been allowed.

With us coming out of 'Lockdown' the demand for oil will increase so do not see the price of oil remaining at $40 and will continuing rises. All looks well and good from here regards CERP

Seriously, this is not a buyout / takeover situation we are looking forward to a merger with BPC where we should see nice increases in the coming months. WTI currently £39.21 nd looking for $50 + very soon - what not to like.

Buly1985 - this is what I mean as you look at BPC and people are buying these consistantly at we are far cheaper. This again is why I can not understand the low sp.
