like a stone on today's news of lower than expected cash balance for 2008 and renegotiation of payment terms - my one long termer I thought was going plunge sub 100 at one point but then rallied slightly. I came in at 185 and thought I'd done well.... shucks. Surely renewables like this are worth a long term punt - say 3 to 4 years rather than my usual 3 to 4 hours! Must come good eventually until then, more fun and modest profit with RIO and ADDAX petroleum. Best wishes all.

Big rise on monday was a shoo in after usa billions deal but then Wall st. actually dropped so who knows how monday will pan out. Started dealing last year and had a disastrous start losing plenty but started to learn from these boards. Also a good buddy business chappy took me under his wing and got me sorted with STP, HOC,RIO etc. He says to keep these until 2010 (patience!) when they will repay handsomely. Lots of 'experts' out there as well as the bloke down the pub, but you cannae beat a good track record. Best of luck with what you decide.
