Because any smart investors would know the IPO will be shorted heavily from day one - it's like giving free money to the US banks and hedge funds.

Basically the THG shares will be worth less (my guess is 30-40%), but you will get the shares of MyProtein from the US listing as a separate stock holding (no one knows what the value will be).
