Frustration is why I criticise the BOD, I have been here for a long time and seen nothing but decline which, I will agree with the fact the war has been part to do with some of the decline.

What's really annoyed me recently is the lack of updates, then an update saying they've placed and not actually started the Kaz listing which to me is out only sensible way out of Russia currently.

I do beleive in the command itself along with the assets but, CS I am afraid not so much. Depending on his performance in the Webinar will make my mind up regards selling/holding.

What I would say is, I don't post 24/7 and again, point you towards my history which isn't all negative.

I am invested, have been for 5+ years but I'm sick of waiting for nothing to be delivered. Frankly, I don't care whether you think I am or not, what matters is the sale and getting it over the line which doesn't look any closer.

Carry on blindly supporting the team that have devalued your investment all you like, I won't!

6 months ago CS told us that a Kaz listing was in play, now he's telling us the BOD has placed shares in order to start the ball rolling on Kaz listing. CS what have you been doing for 6 months?

And there's good old Punter1234 defending the BOD's performance. Apparently, according to him "we've just got to wait another 6 months"....

I'm afraid I have to disagree.

1. Anyone seriously think CS wouldn't get this sold and sail off into his long put off retirement if he could? Put his own shares up as collateral. How many would do that?

Clearly he has been unable to, now would you say this is his lack of ability or something else?

2. He can't update if there is no progress. If no offers at the moment which is extremely likely. What do you want him to say? make it up?

No, not make things up. But how about do something meaningful in order to be able to provide something for an update

3. The Kaz listing is obviously with a view to getting money out when it is sold. But folk need to get real. War ends doesn't mean this is sold the next day! Heard of Due diligence etc be months even when they have a buyer.

Kaz listing is indeed a way of getting money out, that's obvious. The question is what is the plan in doing so? That's like saying "I'm selling my house", someone asks "what's the plan behind selling" and you answer "I'm moving". Nobody said anything about selling

4. So sit on your hands and wait and hope they get a buyer, or sell up and shut up!

That's a terrible and immature response, do you think that people don't want to "sell up and shut up"? There's lots here that would sell but are so under water, partly because of IMO very convincing past RNS' that in fact seem like can kicking.

5. If as it seems 75% are just trading the war ending, good luck as who the feck knows what happens next. have been here years! Sold out the day before Russia invaded when the massive cyberattack happened. Great play me. Then thinking wouldn't be a long war bought back at greatly reduced couple days later. stupid me! So got a sheet load more shares for my money and my average is healthy enough. But held this long, what is another 6/12 months.

We've been saying "what's another few months" for years, don't you think we've waited long enough, just regular progress updates and actual progress would be nice. I don't have a problem waiting if I can see my shares potential, currently not much has changed for years, other than losing ground such as the ROSGEO assets.

6. Make your own investment decisions just don't blame others for them. Especially when talking out yer a rse! I am betting 50% "investors" on here couldn't even tell what licences we hold!!

I've never blamed anyone but the BOD for my investment choices, the lack of progress or ag least communication has warranted that blame IMO.

At the end of the day, I am not picking an argument with you Punter but simply debating the share that I am invested in and have been for years. I think after 5+ years of holding (yes I wish I'd sold at 40p and for that itake full responsibility) I have every right to complain about their performance. I beleive that there is a massive upside to this share but if CS isn't going to show some sort of performance then I'm not sure he's the man for the job.

Fully agree, there can be no more can kicking. It's totally unfair on the shareholders and shows complete lack of respect.

There has been very little progress for years, the war excuse is wearing thin to say the least. Get Kaz listed and get sold, also explain more regarding the logic behind the Kaz listing as, to me, it seems a little vague.

Although I disagree with nearly all you say, I think you've every right to believe what you wrote could happen. The BOD only have themselves to blame for allowing shareholders to think exactly that.

Last time the Webinar consisted of CS fudging around with his webcam for 18 minutes of the 19 minute/1 hour Webinar to tell everyone that he's aligned with us shareholders and that he can't actually tell us naff all.

This better be different for everyone's sake.

CS, if you are reading this...pull your bloody finger out and do something meaningful. Hopefully you will actually bring "the team" with you this time, no sign of them last time.

I messaged YJ asking for update on 2nd listing or confirmation that it was still happening.

Got this reply yesterday - "The Company still has an intention to provide an update. We understand the frustration, but we can confirm it is on the agenda, along with updates on the secondary listing

It's a joke now, no question.

The BOD need to step up and act as such.

FFS CS do your job and give us shareholders an olive branch.

Not interested in replies form the likes of Espen et al, nor anyone who says "sell up". I, like many aren't in a position to sell up, anyone who supports the BOD's performance need to give their head a wobble.
