This from the most recent RNS could, and it is a big could, be read that they have in fact got the Kaz listing ready and require the funds to finalise (launch) the actual listing.

The net proceeds of the placing are intended to be used exclusively at the Company level to maintain the listing in London and to finance the PLANNED LAUNCH of the dual listing of Eurasia in Kazakhstan on the Astana International Exchange (AIX), as announced via RNS dated 16 October 2024.

If that's the case, I will take back some of my criticism towards CS and be the first to admit I was wrong regarding that part.

I agree with you, what is don't agree with us the muppets that defend him.

I don't agree with Scottydog on much but agree that CS has got to go if he doesn't produce something within the next 6-9 months.

The ceasefire is also looking further away IMO, it's gone very quiet. Not sure I agree with your April price/political predictions but let's see and hope for a quick outcome, not just for us but the needless death and destruction that continues daily.

Still happy with the BOD's performance, day after day decline in SP without a word from CS. Guess we will wait for the good old AGM to tell us sweet feck all, apart from "we've decided after 6 months of sitting of our ars3's that we will START the Kaz listing process".

How can anyone, at this point, support the performance of CS?

I'm hoping that CS pulls some sort of rabbit out of his hat, it's long overdue.

It's about time he did something of value, shareholders deserve better IMO (apart from punter as he's quite happy holding on another 6 months after the previous 5 lots of 6 months)

So, back to the company. Excuse my ignorance but the 11.2Moz, is that not inferred and therefore low value until proven?

I know some have mocked the ACF Note but there is such a difference between our current MCAP and the valuation touted.

According to that we have £2.5b of assets not including the inferred amounts which currently are pretty worthless unless proven.

Surely that cannot be right? Values us at 7p per share on a sale????

Having to do it twice in that short space of time proves errors in ones ability to please 🧐

That's my point, we don't know if firstly the RNS is still current, secondly if there have been any upgrades from reserves to resources and thirdly if so much much.

It's all very vague, to top it off we have yet to see the DFS. That's my frustration, not the fact I'm an "deramper" and IMO these are very important questions that any shareholder should be requesting from the BOD at this stage.

Can I suggest as many people as possible add this to the list of questions sent to the board, the more people that ask the question the less chance the board have to swerve it. All I want to know is

1. What is the confirmed resource amounts, is the RNS dated 22nd February 2022 still current

2. What is the projected future structure behind the Kaz listing

3. Will the funds received from the placement (RNS dated 28th March 2025) be used to begin the dual listing process or has the process already started, thus using the funds to complete said listing

So, rule of thumb....

£184b of assets x 10% = £18.4b

£18.4b x 30p per billion shares = £5.52p per share

You could have summed that up in one sentence,

"Get something F'ing done and get it sold, no need to raise then".

If the board don't so something, fast then there will be constant raises and PI's trapped. But hey, place those rose tinted glasses back on and throw abuse at anyone who thinks logically.
