Im not actually sure what Christian is thinking with regards to the AIX listing and how it will help the shareholders.

The way I see it is as follows;

Let’s say a mining conglomerate wants Eurasia for its palladium and osmium assets.

Before AIX: Buying 5% on AIM might move the price 10% and spook the market. Risky.

After AIX listing: Same 5% stake can be built more easily across two markets with more volume, less price impact.

After building a stake, they could offer 10–20% premium via a tender offer.

If liquidity is strong, shareholders are more likely to accept the offer quickly—especially if price has been stagnant or falling.

So, again, what's your plan Christian and how are you going to meet the suggestion you made regarding seeing pre war SP levels by year end.

In theory, yes investors from countries that are sanctioned could indeed buy all of the free float. They couldn't however, as far as I am aware buy the entire company unless all shareholders sold all of their shares.

Feel free to post a link to the framework and point to where you got 90 days from. 90 days may be a tineframe guide, the word imminent would not be allowed by the NOMAD if it was likely to take 90 days.

I don't see how it can take up to 90 days,

AIX typically takes 1–3 business days to activate trading once the final listing agreement is signed

SQIF is already established on AIX and likely does not need further onboarding,

trading could begin within days of the final agreement being signed so I stick to my "next week" timescale.

Very rarely do I agree with you, this time however youve nailed it. "Significantly speed up tbe process" has made no difference whatsoever to said process.

Share price drops 10% between the weeks high and tbe current price while CS keeps stating "imminently", the man is, in no way doing any favours for the shareholders or the company as it stands. Unless CS pulls an offer for the company out of the bag by the AGM there is no way I will be voting him back in.

I stand corrected, GGP does in fact trade on both London AND Australia markets. In that case we may suspend for a very short while, very likely less than 48 hours, "very shortly" 😂

Not sure, didn't GGP change exchange to the Australian market? Pretty sure they suspended in order to cancel the shares listed on the UK exchange which IS totally normal is switching rather than dual listing.
