Of course we want certainty, because that’s precisely what drives the return… If people don’t want the uncertainty (and potential rewards) then large caps and short dated government bonds might be preferable, rather than micro cap biotechs.. Indeed. No one knows if/when news is going to land. So the only practicable strategy - if you believe in the science and think the valuation is attractive - is to be patient and hold the stock.. Just prior to the news in January and September last year, the shares were in free fall, the sceptics were in full voice chucking any old negativity at the board, lanstead were busy liquidating shares etc etc - none of which stopped the shares multiplying when the right news hit. IMO DYOR GLA

People can bring up Tim’s long term track record and discuss it if they wish, and they regularly do. It seems to satisfy those individuals who need another human being to point their finger at.. For those more interested in the investment itself, he is just one part of a much larger story. IMO DYOR GLA

Treading water is fine, MR Soul. Cash in the bank plus inflows from Lanstead - combined with very low cash burn - enabling IMM to continue building the story… In my opinion, the posters who have combined knowledge of the fundamentals, valuation and patience have fared best over the last 2/3 years, and I suspect that will continue to be the case… IMO DYOR GLA

When a share rises 400% in your favour, you can lock in your original investment and still retain 80% of your holding… Please instead of silly quips at people who have made profit, and endless finger pointing, why not try some honesty and self reflection… IMO DYOR GLA

Now running the rest on a free… And had a little giggle at your arbitrary “9 month window” - a serious case of framing and cognitive bias clouding your grip on things, no surprise there… IMO DYOR GLA

Since I increased my holding in 2023/24, the company has secured financing, advanced the science and applicability of P140, achieved third-party validation from Jackson Labs, strengthened patent protection around its core asset, and expanded its pipeline with kapiglucagon. On top of that, multiple updates from the CEO, COO, and CSO all point to progressing partner discussions and strong external interest in the science…Yet jkemp claims there’s been little progress… At some point, improving your results starts with looking at your own decisions instead of blaming everything and everybody else. IMO DYOR GLA

Let’s be honest, jkemp—if you’d had the foresight to get in during 2023/24 at 2p, you wouldn’t be in this position. Instead, you chased the story in 2025 after the shares had already run, bought in late, and now do nothing but complain—while completely avoiding any accountability for your own decision. Not the best way to improve your odds… IMO DYOR GLA

The reality? The heavyweights in the City abandoned the msuk brand of chart-drawing back in the 1990s. While they moved on to data-driven, heavily resourced quant strategies, msuk is still here with a ruler and pocket calculator, convinced he can predict the future from a few wiggly lines… Simple TA didn’t disappear by accident—it was replaced because it doesn’t work very well. The institutions know it. And deep down, so does msuk… This isn’t about making profit - because wiggly line strategies don’t make profit… It’s about avoiding the hard work of actually learning about finance and investment, and replacing a profit payoff with a “pop up and say I told you so” payoff. If you believe in the science and like the valuation here, best strategy is to be patient.. No one can know if/when the deal is coming, and if you trade you risk missing those few critical days… IMO DYOR GLA

Mystic - I agree the science could have great value, and if that proves correct then the other things are just a distraction. They undermine the patience required to see it through. People should only risk what they can afford to lose, but they should also not be surprised to find their patience tested, especially in this sector. IMO DYOR GLA

With respect, mysticmike, there were no promises made to you. And the poor timeliness of your trades - which you tell us about earlier - may largely reflect your own inclination to believe a story at the top, and then get increasingly vocal and negative near the bottom. Some things have gone well here, other things not so well. Some have profited in this environment, others have not. Surely therefore it is worth focusing on improving your own approach. Key to this being it is not just about the story/fundamentals but also about the valuation at the time you buy, and taking some opportunity to realise profit/sell at the right time. IMO GLA DYOR etc

Well the shares are pretty much where they started the day, juxtaposition. So evidently - unlike you - the market is not taking the RNS negatively … On your other point - It isn’t simply about the absolute amount of cash that have. Immupharma don’t use a lot of cash so they don’t need a lot of cash. The point (obviously) is that the negotiating teams at large pharma - experienced at dealing with smaller pharma - will know that Immupharma has no immediate cash concerns. It’s not a fragility they can push.. You don’t need to be a financial genius to work out why this benefits immupharma… Off to enjoy the beautiful weather!… IMO DYOR GLA

Jkemp - the last funding was secured in Feb 2025, and has kept the company going until now, April 2026. This is a fact. The company may have been funded to Q426 but this alone would not meet the one year going concern hurdle required in May. The new agreement does. There is no need for the company to organise additional funding at this point, as you originally suggested. IMO DYOR GLA

No jkemp. That is misleading. The last funding was secured in Feb 2025, and has kept the company going until now - April 2026. The funding is now secured again. It is also worth noting that the price remains above the issue price of 3.75p from the Feb 2025 raise - having traded at multiples of it - because the story is fundamentally progressing… IMO GLA DYOR
