Fact of the matter is 100x more Dox in Tumor vs Plasma (this is per pre|CISION design) and confirmed Efficacy data that thus far stacks up with straight Dox.

Another fact is that patients are still being treated with ava6k, beyond the time that they could have been treated with straight Dox, thus are living for longer without the cruel symptoms of straight dox.
