I would say its nailed on that it will be in partnership with AVCT. The Danaher man (Klaus) who co-developed the AVCT test said the following;

"The Affimer reagents have worked well in lateral flow test strips and we are very encouraged by the initial data."

Danaher are now expanding their global production capacity and notably, within their market release yesterday, specifically mentioned their collaboration with AVCT...

According to Sir Al, Danaher have 'real scale' and a 'great partner' but they alone will not have sufficient capacity to meet the expected global demand - hence we have signed up with BBI and Abington.

If you look back at earlier communications from AVCT, they advised the market that they and Danaher were working in collaboration with the FDA to ensure that the test they were developing would comply with their requirements. I think it is likely we will have FDA approval and product launch via Danaher during September.

Makes me wonder why they couldn't have waited until tomorrow..

If the S&S comes in as predicted then very likely we are on the cusp of AT LEAST a £600m-1b value contract (10m tests per month for 6+ months @ £10 per test)
