I think BAMS is now entirely in the hands of Bruker, AVCT is a back seat rider however I would not right it off.

The bigger impact though is likely the new insight that Bruker now have in the capabilities of the Adeptix + AVCT combo to develop highly specific assays, for a range of targets. Don't forget they took a stake in Adeptrix…..so I bet they have a big plan.

The interview with AS was interesting, as while he did not say it as a dead duck, I sense that he felt the confidence to shrug it off as nothing in comparison to what is coming with the LFT. I don't think he would have been so relaxed, had the LFT been at any risk!

Back tested the breakout area at 9 and found no sellers, just more buyers. The only way to go now is up! There is zero sellers at this level and a handful of buys will see this break much higher, which will entice more buyers (and I suspect at some point the herd will arrive and drive this to a level that will surprise most!)

I have held this stock for close to 1 year and have never seen demand like this (taking into account the $$ value connected to trading at 280 vs 100).

I am 99% sure that this is being driven by a new II and could be the first signs of an aggressive takeover. I know many want to see this play out BUT AVCT have something very very valuable to big pharma and I am 100% sure that there are multiple entities that would want to secure the IP as quickly as possible!

Can you imagine the fireworks if AVCT were to sell off the Dx arm for $1b, which is an entirely achievable valuation as we stand today.

Having a $1b cash warchest and AVA 6000 in clinical trial...I think we would be trading between £15-20..

Prudent assumption AVCT deliver +£500m in revenues during 2021....combined with the AVA trials (+multiple new licensing deals) all progressing rapidly.... I cant see a valuation at less than £4b and I can very much see a takeover this year at north of £4b.

Genmark had $171m in revenues during 2020. AVCT will deliver many multiples of that this year (in the next few months) from their Dx wing, and then have the Crown Jewel, AVA 6000 and the entire Precision platform, which in itself is multi multio mutil billion $$ potential.

It is not difficult to see why a multi billion valuation, either via T/O or simply fair market assessment is imminent. THe market seems to now know this, hence the crazy buying and rapid share price escalation, which has a long way to go from here!

This is the biggie for me.

Put all the potential diagnostic revenues to one side....it looks as though the Affimer diagnostics tech is being proved as a world-beater. That alone is worth many billions and there is a number of suiters that would love to purchase the IP..

As with yesterday, the MM will take everything offered with a live price. I have not seen this before and suspect theymust have a big client (s) / II that is prepared to gobble everything at this level.
