It's not necessary resolting in contracts as performance may not ne good enougth ....do not count the chickens yet .....

You said TFS is imminent 10 monts ago and ramping calculating 50 tons a months x X tons of money and year later not a single backet is shipped .
You have no clue the amount of black mass processed by the offtaker to end product in 2024 but hey ....
