Did Polvsen indicate a firm NO or was it that management knew they could turn it around or that it was worth more than £10.

On a realistic note, given the factors which caused this to tank, these are what I can think of.

1. Inflation/interest rates

2. Overstock

3. Competition

Along with the rejection of the £10 bid at a time when this was down and the sell of top shop stake.
