Thanks for the comprehensive response Ableton, where can I learn this stuff?
TiA
Do you have any proof of that or you simply speculating?
I’m keen to understand where this info can be found.
TIA
Hoping for this to follows ASOS and passes 53p
BoE anticipated rate hike is 50 points, might be lower, or it could be Qube buying back lol.
Treacle, as long as you’re up the that’s a good thing.
Treacle did you buy back in?
Oculusprime, sorry if it came across how you perceived it, it was not meant to be.
Heads up? This share has nearly doubled in the last 3 months and is up over 50% in the last 4 weeks.
What kind of heads are do you want/need?
This must be one of the worst boards on the LSE, why don’t the moderators get rid of those spewing crap.
It’s even more depressing than the SP, lol.
Come on ladies move on or meet up in person and get your frustration out!
Hi Fatman, that’s fine I don’t have any issues with other peoples views. I take your point that the price could be volatile (how you measure volatility is another thing).
Opinions and sentiment seem to be different for day traders and long term holders on these boards for obvious reasons.
The other thing is these boards are a means to share info (with references) to help invested individuals make a more informed decision. Sometimes there’s just garbage being spewed between a group or few individuals which ruin the board.
As you know these boards have no impact on the direction of the SP, but as the price can only go up or down it becomes a 50/50 of it going for or against the rampers/derampers and they become self proclaimed investment gurus lol.
I wouldn’t want any to loose money on a share, and I hope this share gets back to its true value.

I agree with some of your points, however the market is forward thinking and items you mention (inflation, gas/electric) these have been factored to be lower in the coming year, the market being forward thinking these have been factored into the price, if at any stage of the year things don’t line Jo with the current forecast the there will be adjustment to the SP.
Anyway time will tell

The following is the last paragraph from the above link, this is interesting, will have to wait and see if this has any value.
TikTok.
“Though rumours swirled after Asos’ last trading update that it would potentially be opening a physical clearance store, no further update has been provided. However, it did open experiential Black Friday pop-ups across the UK in November, indicating it has realised the benefits of a physical presence in connecting with shoppers. As many shoppers flock back to stores and to fight off tough competition from players like Zara and Primark, Asos should continue to experiment with more physical initiatives to help grow its customer base further and remain top of mind.”
I think we are over the worst. If I was invested in any company and they announced job cuts or money saving plans I’d be very happy. That’s what most big tech firms are doing. The market is forward thinking.
AIMHO good luck all
Thanks stoodio, I don’t trade either, have been following ASOS and BOO for 3 years now.
I’m quite fortunate I was able to average down significantly and that I can keep invested for a couple of years without the need for the money.
I hope they are able to execute their plan with positive results.
Anyway GLA and enjoy the weekend.
Although it’s bias, I do agree stoodio. I think the positive sentiment along with the economic conditions forecasted to return to normal levels and the added bonus of shorts closing, this has a great probability of moving higher quicker.
Any positive updates in relation to the cost cutting strategy will really move this up.
Do you think this will go back to its peak sp?
Dogger you looking in the mirror and saying that? Lol
What’s going on here, I can’t imagine the ftse taking this 10% down yesterday and what’s with the sudden rise?
Does anyone know of the court case or anything else in that case can prevent directors from buying shares now?
I remember when there was the working condition scandal and Karmani purchased 10mil worth of shares within a day or so.
Thanks SCB, glad someone else’s has a good sense of humour.
I’m surprised nobody has yet blamed the boohoo update of crashing the market today.
