Realistically, Lufthansa were never going to win the bid anyway so the drop in sp is not justified, it’s simply another excuse for the MMs to wipe out a few more stop losses and scoop up some cheap last minute shares. Why would Thomas Cook be ploughing all of this money into new hotel ventures and relocating staff from London to the Manchester head office if they don’t have a credible deal on the table - it defies all logic. Long and strong for the big pay day. All IMHO.

How can you say that the bids are already priced in when nobody but the board have a clue as to what they’ll be? Seems to me like you’re the one talking tosh.

What a bunch of amateurs at Citi, after saying the shares were worthless to now suggesting they could double! James Clark needs the sack!!

Don’t get me wrong as I am invested here, but surely the 12% revenue increase is somewhat outweighed by the 90 +% reduction in profit.
Hopefully the bulk of bad news is now out of the way and Quiz can sustainably move forward.

This share is painful! The share price is pathetic, it’s been languishing around here’s for months now. As soon as this rises 20 or 30% there’ll be a ton of holders ducking out and then it’ll be rinse and repeat again.

Slight? It’s down over 10% at the moment. Hopefully just a blip.

Agreed Razor, but in what form - I can’t see anymore news dropping until Q2 results. They better be up on Q1 or we’re in trouble here.

How the hell is this down 2 and a half percent! Gold is flat today and trading higher than last week. Pathetic.

Looking good today, although I tend to agree with Woodstock with regard to the 30p target - no doubt we’ll reach it in the coming weeks, maybe just not this one. Hopefully I’m wrong though!

If any month was going to be good then surely you’d like to think it’s December. Hopefully we get some decent news early in the New Year, or maybe that’s wishful thinking.
