I would say that the passport contract was lost due to the criminal investigation at the time.
Now that the investigation has been completed and the company cleared the company is in a good position to go forward.
If investors were in belief that the price was going to sink (like a certain poster on here) then to see the directors purchases should ease the confusion.Why would they spend that amount of money if they could buy cheaper in a weeks time.
They must be extremely confident where we are heading.

2×1m is pittance in comparison to the new issue but yes I agree at present the share is holding well though bouncing off 140p at lunchtime for the past few days.
Trading range appears to be 130 - 140p.

We have Covid 19 plus an outbreak of Swine flu in China and an outbreak of Bubonic in Mongolia + all the normal formalities of dying.
Who will be infected, who will survive and how long before we reach some kind of normality.
You may want to save for a future but what kind of future is it going to be.
Live one day at a time and make the most of each day.
Enjoy yourselves now as well as making a future for your family.

With today's technology it really should be straight forward.
