I can't see how HE1 can raise millions through an institution unless we are about to call COMMERCIAL.

As without the call the shares they hold would basically be worth nothing.So one would think that due to raising the money quickly they waited for the results of the first part of the EWT before buying the asset.

Also I would think the institution would only release the monies on knowing that result first.
