We will see pullbacks along the way. Everyone's decision is their own but don't forget what you believe now during those periods. Stay strong, as long as news flows as it should, this is a long term hold stock. imo.
A major R&D company might see us as a takeover target but in relation to big pharma, we are getting a couple of Sugar Daddy's! Never thought I'd be saying those words....
Absolutely GG. Can tell you're just as excited as I am here. Looked back over many transformational re-rates. these things take around 2-4 month to play out, but then we should be gaining on top of that but at a much slower rate. Not sure I can take months of this but I hope I can survive years.
If my targets start getting hit, Bluebell Wood will be getting a lovely donation and I will pay for a Music festival we used to do for a Late friend but stopped on the 10th anniversary. invites will be sent.
Patent grant does not stop product becoming commercial.
Holding back commercialisation will help protect IP to a greater degree but when approved, IP will be backdated to date of filing. Deals can and will go ahead before. Regulatory approval can happen before Patent granted. The patent being filed was the trigger for the go ahead of deals being signed.
Less than £20k here can change your life imo. Long term hold while keeping an eye for details of deals. This is not a stock to trade. Not at these levels. Invest and Hold!
RE: Another day, another whopper....15 Sep 2025 07:30
I know GG, trying. :) Just never seen anything like this before. Hoping my future self will be patting me on the back right now. Same goes for all of you.
3-5 years. Doesn't need 90 days for FDA to approve.
Patent protection when granted will backdate to date of filing. Can become commercially available before patent granted. After phase 3, they will apply for MAA, EMA & MHRA approval, they are final hurdles to market.
Could be more than one big pharma getting P140, imo.
After watching the presentation from 2022 there are too many potential autoimmune diseases P140 can assist with for just one to be covering them all.
RE: Great interview with Zak on Friday Lots to Look Forward To14 Sep 2025 12:05
I believe your figures to be in the right ball park, possibly conservative overall. However, I do not believe big pharma will take this off the table anymore.
Please correct me if I have mistaken this next bit;
The opportunity for multiple specific licences on P140 allows IMM to negotiate with several potential partners.
Only an exclusive deal on P140 runs the risk of being taken off the table, the figures for that could be mind blowing but I believe we will see multiple deals.
The timing of patent and ongoing negotiations suggest the partner or partners that will get P140 have orchestrated the time frame with IMM to maximise the patent life. To me, the signs currently say P140 is destined for market.
Still risk and hurdles but imo, P140 will not be swept under the rug for big phara to carry on pumping their soon to be non-patented medicines. (Company depending).
Honestly it's scary how good of an opportunity this is, trying to reality check every day. That last interview wasn't the same as the previous two, basically told us big pharma came running to his office last week, gleamed with what they saw, knew discussions was so far down line already he could promise deal by year end, multiple deals coming very soon, multiple licenses possible in future, next to zero side affects, 11/10...
I hope the first Multi-Millionaire is going to throw a nice house party for us? ;)
Speaking of the old man, Just had a interesting phone call with him after he listened to the interview.
Picked up on Tim telling us there could be 'Multiple' deals for P140... not just multiple deals in general. Unless someone wants exclusivity (Huge payment!!), we are open for multiple deals targeting specific licenses. Should also be clauses in contract allowing IMM to pull the agreement if it seems the buyer is not fulfilling their duty. Sure hope that route doesn't happen but always good to be prepared. Concern mostly gone.
