From experience this sounds like an institutional investor who wants in but knows a £100k buy will make this treble if bought on open market, it's oversubscribed. Put simply, and I'll eat my hat if I'm wrong but by year end this will be closer to 1.5p than 0.15p going to see Mediazests first hand in Stratford this isn't you're Mickey Mouse business, it's a professional outfit. Remember the MCAP for this co isn't even 1.5 million...
