On the cloudtag website, it states 2 deals have been completed, for a total amount of $275m. The money from the licensing deal is in escrow and there has been a technical delay! Therefore it would seem the deals are very much still alive.

Therefore What action would you like SH to take?

What crime has been committed here?

Because as of today, I can’t see one!

I feel the same; an ipo would give us access to liquidity, but as Ed has stated numerous times, he still sees huge potential in Leap! Who knows, well Ed does, all should become clearer in the next few months!

Last years full results, ending June 30th, were posted on the 26th August, and With the EGM being on Friday for name change etc, I would expect something about Leap financials to appear very soon soon....after all we do hold some 43%, and it Remains our largest asset; therefore an update would be most welcome. Imo it is the elephant in the room when it comes to the SP!

If Leap is to ipo in qtr3 as Ed says, I’d expect some sort of announcement within the next 6 weeks, obviously it takes time to attract investors and put together the prospectus, therefore news before the end of August! Nice little tick up today

Oddly even, the potential here, really depends on the next bit of news. Cannabis plays are really creating a stir, so from these prices, I will be very disappointed if it doesn’t return a bag. Not sure about these 20 bag claims, but over time, with the right acquisition and growth strategy, who knows where the sp could go!

At around £4m mkt cap, with the personnel the company has in place, I believe a double is the minimum to expect. Dyor, and let’s see what the next few weeks, and the next rns tells us.
