There has been too much messing around with Emmerson.....Hayden took action

Emmerson originates from an existing salt mine company near Khemisset that started a tunnel in 2010. Ohnym got wind of it and was just able to register a few zones. A zone is also called a permit and is 4km x 4km. Emmerson has the most permit zones in and arround Khemisset. The fact that Ohnym has suddenly registered permits in Khemisset makes you think. Why not 20 years earlier? Are games being played? Now there is a partnership between OCP and Ohnym. The tunnels built directly south of the city of Khemissset that were financed by OCP and nothing is being done with them at the moment. Why not? you can ask this question.

There may be cheating and even corruption, which Icecream99 talk about, but this indeed delays only the project at the moment to the detriment of the 2,500 people who will have work from the mine and factory, not to mention the shareholders who suffered significant losses due to the CRI to send a message to the world that is not permitted. An investigation is undoubtedly underway to bring charges against the person(s). The government knows this and will have to resolve this situation before it gets completely out of hand. The UK and Israel is a very strong trading partners with Morocco and they certainly do not want to let this be damaged by a few people who think they can get away with it... that is why the Esia permit will certainly come for Emmerson, for better or for worse.

Who did drillings in the Khemisset area ? Did OCP drillings ? No it was Emmerson.

When permits were registered by Emmerson, Ohnym got wind of it and Ohnym was very quick to suddenly register aswell permits in Khemisset, a fair thing? you can fill it in yourself. Unfortunately, Ohnym has the worse permits that will ultimately yield much less than the Emmerson permits that have a much larger km2 range. Then Emmerson has Rinneite in their permits and gives a potash value of 36% instead of approximately 9.2% with Sylvanite and Carnalite. Ohnym's permits only contain Carnalite and Sylvanite.

Rinneite had never been processed before as it was very difficult to crack. But Emmerson has also managed to crack Rinneite using the patented KMP process. Congratulations!!

Morocco has many salt / gold / silver / copper / cobalt / nickel mines, is it a problem if there are 2 potash mines? Only the factory that Emmerson wants to build will produce extra patented fertilizers and use almost no water. See the Vacuum pan System which is used in the Netherlands. If they where buiding the mine ( Slope Shaft ) in 2021 then it would be in 2022 ready for production.

Emmerson need less then a year to dig a slope shaft to get approx 500m deep to the potash layers.

A slope shaft is easy made in Khemisset because from 1 meter deep from the surface you find only salt/clay mixture, No reinforcement is required for the tunnel.

But is there production from OCP ? Have they build a factory to take the potash out of the brine in Khemisset ? NOOOOOO. If so it would be annouced on there website.

A contact in Khemisset say no mine there from OCP or operations.

What I write down in this forum are 100% not speculations.

Have OCP license minig blocks in Khemisset? NO ! Ohnym has some permits in Khemsset but much less then Emmerson.

Has OCP potash expertise ? NO They have only Phosphate experience.

Has OCP expertise in underground mining ? NO they have only openpit mining experience !

Has OCP expertise in a Potash processing plant ? NO even they have no factory drawings, Emmerson PLC has with the KMP system.

Could you find schematics about a Potash underground mine on the OCP website ?

An investment board aims to attract as many investors as possible and to help them wherever possible. By repeatedly refusing an environmental application from a company that produces under the Highest Environmental Requirements, you will raise questions. This should be approved within 3-6 months. Especially in Europe. Know that a few years ago Morocco did not ask production companies for Esia at all! That's only when the new mining law came into effect. Now that Karim Zidane is the new Investment Minister, a European wind will blow as he has the mentality of a German.

@Kimhappy look further than your nose. a few days ago 5 Ministers sent home with the Minister and Chairman of the CRUI investment board. 100% the Esia will come but first some bad apples have to be removed

The factory that Emmerson is going to build has the highest environmental standard in the world. That the Esia is rejected are internal games by a few persons. Remember this is third world country.
