Major Holdings update.

Somethings cooking and I suspect a nice bump later or tomorrow.

I expect it to go back up all other defence are going back up. Melrose tends to lag the market.

No growth in the share year on year it’s crazy given the results and changing landscape.

Thanks Garonne, some excellent partnerships.

Hopefully kicks the shares back up towards £6.

Added a small amount this morning. I hope this will have a good tailwind into the new year now.

Another good Motley Fool report saying this is 40% undervalue compared to peers. Needs to get some legs.

Been adding as well. Looks like the deferred shares maybe attributing some of the decline but then lots of share dealing to directors. Can’t be bad at these prices. Fed rate may give us a lift tomorrow.

Keep the faith. Wish I had more cash to double up but too much here already. Defence stocks all over the place at the moment.

Melrose looks cheap and Chemring has dropped so these are my main plays at the moment in defence.

I have come back in at these values. Great entry point for 2026.

Disappointing end to the day.

Very resistant to breaching the £6 today. We can be confident the £7 will come just frustrating short term fluctuations.

Rolls suffering today with crazy swings recovering a little at the end.

We all deserve a Christmas present.

Don’t panic. War has unfortunately created a false sentiment and now the rhetoric is less peaceful money flowing back to defence.

All a bit short term so profits can be made but also through experience the large rerate can be lost.

This is heading to £6.60 again soon hope before Xmas.

We are on the March again. Hopefully this time sustained upwards momentum into Christmas.

Feeling very undiverified so hope the £7 xmas present materialises although I suspect 2026 is most likely.

Off share price mirroring Rolls…..however significantly undervalued vs RR already and less exposed. Oversold hope the market sees sense.

Buying opportunity.

CFO retiring is very usual and plenty of notice and nothing sinister here with plenty of warning.

Surely we are due to break the £7 before Xmas. Come on let’s make sure we do. No reason not too with the space race hotting up for rare minerals Melrose primed.

BAE tends to do this it was highly priced and a correction is inevitable.

Don’t panic it’s going to fall and then springboard back. The bounce is impossible to predict so holding for now.

I am adding but have lost over the last week.

I think the big blocker is not the budget but the peace deal. Despite this I cannot see this being down as much as BAE and Rolls which were top end.

Melrose is a recovery share with huge potential with modest targets they can beat and areas with no competition.

What’s not to like.

All markets have been crazy the last couple of weeks.

Have lost a lot on this share but will hold. It may retreat a little more next week but post budget I hope begins the climb again.

We have a couple of shorts still latest was Aug 25 Aqr Capital.

Silly over reaction just bought more.

Profits are king and refinanced. Top line is not important to this company thats factored in. Quality of earnings is.

Oversold and on course for a rerate.

Within a week or so a 10-15% drop on Stella backlog and numbers.

Do I double up is the biggest question at this price.

Very exciting message about to drop.

Margins are very strong. Strategy to hold onto premium customers and retention rates excellent.

Solid turnaround with new financing hope this propels is to new heights today. 🚀
