Tony and GGG I appreciate both your commentary and both given different perspectives which is valuable for the less learned amongst us.
I am a long term investor in I3 and have been since May 2022 so it has been an emotional rollercoaster and I am deep underwater.
I agree a lot with GGG management have been very poor. Timing on their decisions has been very bad and it’s been a barrage of bad news from them. Always seems to impact SP negatively.
Having said that they are not the only company rock bottom (or a bargain). TXP are a 2 year low and all players are suffering due to Supply >Demand in oil where we get 60% of our profit. We have been over sold without doubt. Even at this price Dividend gets paid I believe.
Good luck folks today will be a better day.
Thank you Stas👌
Suprised please forgive my ignorance but what do Zeus do? Why would they be visiting the site is it risk insurance or are they a bank appraising the assets for investors?
I agree. Why dilute the shares with the LTIP and suffer a fall. I think if there is cash to spend a Buy Back makes sense at these levels. Large companies will do this when the share price is attractive.
CFO needs to start to get his arms around this price and make some decisions. These guys are paid a fortune and surely have some levers to pull.
Thanks PanamaPete
Folks a good day today please. Good luck May the force be with us!
“34% and an ask price of 13.20 if the above section on this website is accurate...“ this happens every morning not sure why but don’t believe it’s got any significance. Hope I am wrong.
Good news Oil back on the March! Let’s see if we start to see a correlation tomorrow. A couple of days of good news will be a welcome Thanks giving treat.
“Oil prices tumble as OPEC+ delays meeting amid infighting” this is not helping the SP. I think given futures are in flux money is being moved from O&G elsewhere.
Confident money will be moving back here in due course due to the bargain basement price but begs the question on the mgt team how did
it get to this state from the highs of June 2022.
I thought we bottomed out around 11.8p and at that time Mgt were determined to keep the SP higher by buying up. Now we hit
Agreed fair enough it’s standard practice for a share scheme and a great way to retain talent. I think the problem is timing was very poor and they did not discuss in the prior quarter results. Very poor management.
I agree the CEO has to have his feet held to fire. It’s his job to manage expectations in the market and create confidence in the company but failing miserably.
In fact I suspect he has created a culture internally which staff have not wanted to stay and motivation low will have impacts on operating results in the long term so share scheme is effective to retain talent by why now? Again reactive probably. Naive management team which were running without any governance last year and the impact being felt now.
New CFO cleaning up the CEO mess🤔
Share were recently bought by the CFO so I guess they are simply out of ideas to raise the SP.
I am not sure how they could be manipulating this so much and why. Remember it went up very recently and flipped back very suddenly.
Agree Stas even when oil is up we seem to lag and next week we could venture below 10 which would be outrageous.
“Or even just sell the company.”
Here’s hoping!
On a day all stocks are up this stock is the only one down. It’s a constant drainer! Even other oil stocks are up.
It seems apparent the lack of a CFO last year and management decisions are reasons for the drop I don’t think as a shareholder we should be blasting Louis for accurately depicting the state of play to date.
On a positive seems they are listening and with a few investor days lined up they have a chance to sell the value proposition of the company to institutional investors or even buyers.
Surely some good news soon!
Hard to keep the faith on this stock. Feels like they are reactive and not proactive on a strategy.
Agree Darton nothing unusual about an LTIP.
Economy avoided recession and price of oil rose slightly should bounce back today.
Does not explain why the SP has fallen again really, this seems very emotional. Very cheap at this price so people are going to start buying up stock if that is the case.
Let’s not forget the recent Director purchases which were significantly above these values.
Credit to Louis he was right and said some time ago this would fall down to this level. I think fundamentals are one thing but demand for the stock is not out there by institutional investors.
It’s a depressing read at the moment for all oil and gas.
Worry is share price is down due to leaky news which is not favourable.
What’s happening to the share price today folks?!
Will the capital restructure allow special dividends to be issued. If so then will not necessarily at specific dates but when funds are available. May help with volatility or smooth this somewhat?
Surely the price has reflected that since went ex-div last week. Would not expect any further drops due to the actual pay out? Could be wrong.
No significant news coming out at the moment. Let’s hope the Q3 numbers provide some happy reading as it’s a rollercoaster at the moment and need to build on the momentum a couple of weeks ago.
Pretty sure November will see some big investment heading this way so mopping up at these prices going into a strong 24 is sounds.
