To oblivion. The gravy train has finally run its course. The acumen of Mr Short and his acolytes is beyond reproach. They are either truly incompetent or more likely A1 charlatans that know their spin on actually generating accretive value sometime this century is a mystery never to be resolved.

So the acolytes still have faith that despite the delay good news will be released just around the corner by that great businessman GR regarding RHA, EPO and that forever elusive white elephant, the Circum liquidity event. How many weeks to Xmas? How much spare cash does the company have on hand given there is no revenue generation just expenses for the business talent at the helm. Cannot wait to hear the newexcuses when dilution eventually lands.

So after achieving sweet Fanny Adams during his tenure as CEO Mr Short is stepping aside to dedicate more time to family. Anyone would think that is what he had already been doing given the progress and communication achieved at EDL.
Hold the press he's still lurking in the background consuming a remuneration and bonus no doubt.
Will not hold my breath that the new incumbent is not a clone until he actually delivers something accretive as opposed to more dilution.
Xmas is just around the corner so these AIM BoDs
and cohorts will more likely be replenishing their coffers at shareholders expense.

Guess we know what is coming next with a new CFO in tow. Dilution. Coffers will be running dry soon enough with the lack of any commercial traction so what better time to replenish than with a new broom on board to sweep up.

Can someone shed some light on the rearranged loan set up? It was originally just £3.1m that was subsequently split into £1.5m (New) and £1.6m. Nothing could be taken from the £1.6 until repayments made in the £1.5 (New) if I've understood correctly. Since this new arrangement the drip drip of issuing equity has been relentless.
As the company does not convey any news on what is outstanding for this water torture approach does anyone have a clue. If there is circa £1m still to go of the (New) then surely it is not worth investing for now as before long the share price will be well below 0.5 and dropping.

Unbelievable that someone is really jealous of shareholders with a balance holding in the millions. Did you ever take time to ACTUALLY think how those holders ended up with millions? Let me give you a helping hand .. DILUTION DILUTION DILUTION and more DILUTION ..
These same optimists are now salivating that GR the architect of this performance will finally deliver value. Jury is out on that front as history would beg to differ.

Thought I'd seen it all with the nudge nudge wink wink acolytes of GR being in the know. Just another reason to be very very wary as the track record of GR has only ever lead to dilution. As the days drift further and further away without any announcement there'll come the spanner in the works. Just remember we do have RHA and Circum to keep dangling faith.

Where did this spoof move of 20% come from. There has been no commercial sales updates and no one in their right frame of mind would be buying as the next announcement will likely bring on more dilution.

Guess that should not be surprising. A ramp in full flow when there has been no announcement from Zimbabwe that PREM have any significant benefit from the $12 billion strategy.
We wait to see if true to form GR unveils his usual spanner.

That's all clear. Company is heading for the lavatory and it is abandon ship time. Obviously the BoD have all had new substantial commitments evidenced by the exciting prospects they generated for PCGE. Hmmm

What will the acolytes of GR say when it is confirmed on 14th October that PREM does not figure in the Zimbabwe government plans for "quick win" projects to rejuvenate their economy in their initial US$ 12 billion target given that only serious players are under consideration.
I'll wait for someone to convince that GR is acknowledged as a serious player in those vaunted circles given his track record is there in the open for all to see, a one way trip southernly.

It is really generous of Mr "the Chinese always have a plan" Poulden to let us know that his lifestyle play is now well and truly fcuked. Not much longer left before he reveals that the administrators are involved, perhaps they already given that this is AIM.
He just needs to unveil the same over at WSBN to confirm his credentials as a true aficionado of how to play AIM at the expense of shareholders.

When you think it cannot go any lower the curse of Harry takes hold and it drops. Will investors ever get a return? Will Harry suddenly unveil another spanner in the works leading to further delays? Either way only one set seems to be prospering in this company and it is not shareholders.

Read between the lines. Is this the next Chris Oil incarnation type spoof? Whenever do you see a TR1 on AIM rushed out with such efficiency. If he's been such a loyal supporter of PREM over the years when the share price has only ever headed in one direction then he must be well and truly under water.

Cannot believe the number of posts salivating about Zulu. First and foremost the c*@k Roach has duel roles once more of chairman and CEO so has carte blanche to go into overdrive on the manipulation front, not that he needs any incentive. If and it is a very big if he does get an official sign off where pray tell will he find the funds to do anything with it as no investor/partner with his track record will countenance getting involved. 9 billion shares and counting. Imagine this clown at the helm of a proper miner and the destruction that would ensue.
As with anything with GR beware as all is never what it seems, just reflect on the yarn spun on RHA $6m accept it was monopoly ZIM dollars not US dollars that all assumed.

Wow .. the great Mr C..Roach places again. Loans money to a nonprofit company .. nudge nudge wink wink .. and then dilutes the one where he is supposed to be in charge of creating shareholder value. You could not make this s@#t up. Guess the perks of once more being both chairman and CEO will play out. Who is facilitating this incompetence and allowing the shyster to continue fleecing.

So GR is back to being Chairman and CEO. Last time he occupied both roles it did not bode well for shareholders, then again even without both he still managed to send share price crashing.
The company is on its last legs, can GR finally rescue the situation. Answers on a postcard to Faud ..

Love the enthusiasm that the current management, namely Mr C*#&Roach and acolytes, will have the nouse to be able to convert an opportunity into something that is valuable to shareholders as opposed to just themselves.
