The company itself has moved fist gas to March in the recent Qand A answers!

If you were to believe recent RNS’s they should be starting works to drilli the sidetrack this week…..but of course they aren’t and the silence regarding it is deafening. If it’s anything like the slippage on the 750 metre pipeline they are in serious trouble!!
Why didn’t they start the groundwork’s in July as stated? Is it anything to do with waiting for the EA permission to come through? If we follow the timescale supplied by the gov I posted recently and take the EA Brockham application (still to be decided they won’t start works until Feb if that’s the case!
The due diligence you refer to is as it is secured against all Angus and SEL assets. With the current price of gas they may hope they miss the target and take it all for themselves anyway! Then you have the £1.4 million Knowe CLN due in April! How are they proposing to deal with that without any income?

Very encouraging! A month between those regular Twitter updates we were promised and both showing second hand refurbished kit? can’t see any of siteworks happening ready to accept the kit as promised?
As regards to people telling pries about pipelines I would refer you to the chairman’s statement back in March! A big one told there along with claiming Lidsey was producing again.
The last Twitter picture from the pipeline was at the end of January and there has been no RNS announcing the highly publicised “GOLDEN WELD” safe to say it’s not taken 3 weeks as fist stated but if even if they finish tomorrow it will be a year!!

Yes we all read the RNS. What you just posted is confirmation that they didn’t achieve what they were hoping.

RNS’s are as much about what they don’t say as what they do! I don’t recall it saying anything about being pleased that the new data confirms are hopes that we missed the sweet spot of the reservoir at the last attempt! It says they interpreted the whole structure wrongly when they last drilled it!

The RNS tells us that didn’t happen! In fact it looks as if the original Angus drill was a mistake.

All very good apart from the fact that they are totally based on your in my wildest dream scenario.

Saltfleetby hasn’t produced 7.5 mmscf in 20 years!
Agreed it will most likely produce between 4 and 5 as the Aecom document presented to the EA says.
This will drop of rapidly however as confirmed by the company.
Mid February production isn’t what the companies in house timeline says. It’s more like the End of April.
Then as I keep pointing out the companies own policy is to drill a 16 week sidetrack in which they can’t produce.
That’s if the EA permission has even been given at that point!
The reality of the situation looks more like they will run short of funds elsewhere before production than anything else.
Again why would the funding partners let them postpone the sidetrack when it could cost them millions on the hedge?

What cash are you referring to? They have no income and a £12million pound loan @12% interest racking up everyday! Then you have the Knowe £1.4 million CLN due in April(how are they going to deal with that?) and annual cash burn for the other part of the business at £2.5 million a year!

I’m not sure who you are trying to kid here as this is the companies own stated plan we are talking about.

On the contrary. I am very well informed after years of research.
The facts are all there for all to see. the Sidetrack takes 16 weeks and they can’t produce while in that time.
The company has said it will either start the first week of October…….well that’s not happening now is it? ….Or the last week in March. All available from RNS,s and interviews!
16 weeks from the end of March takes you to the hedge kick in.

I agree that there is “too much money at stake” but it’s Mercuria and Alephs money isn’t it?
Why would they approve the sidetrack postponement when it could cost them millions just to possibly benefit Angus?
If Angus did postpone and things go further to the right as it’s looking like it most definitely is (EA permissions, delayed kit, Two/3 months behind on those groundwork’s already) how do you think the lender Would react when they can’t make the loan repayments?
In all likelihood the sidetrack will run alongside commissioning and certification of the new kit and run up until the hedge kicks in…..why do you think the chose July???????
