They still require PP and EA approval after all.

I’m afraid they do have restrictions in place.
0700-1900 Monday to Friday
0700-13.00 Saturday
No working Sunday and bank holidays.

I would love to be able to say that I could see a point where I could.
The trouble is everything would have to run perfectly before July and the chances of that happening are Zero.
I can see a nailed on raise Jan/early Feb followed by several more as the schedule continues to slip.
The sidetrack will then become essential to make any money and with the last 9 attempts failing I don’t hold much hope their either.
Even if it does all go to plan you then have the fairly take expenses at Lidsey and Brockham to factor in.
That’s without the next unicorn chase that is Geo-thermal! Can you honestly expect the lenders to cough up another £8m after the Saltfleetby debacle?

Even with gas prices beyond the BOD’s wildest dreams the share price is at yearly lows and it’s totally down to the shambles that is the management……so I’ll pass on taking any more thanks!

If and when that placing and or rights issue happens?

I am invested but have written it off as I’m diluted so much I will never get anything like my money back thanks to this lot.

Of course they will need it why call the meting if not? The AGM is only 10 weeks away!

And it depends on how much they ask for and at what price? Don’t forget the last time they asked they fell short and the ask is less than that now.

You then have to consider the outstanding £1.4 CLN that can be exercised presumably at 0.65 at the moment but at a lower price if a raise is over £250k
That’s a lot of dilution added together!
Not the end of the world but a lot less to share around!

If you doubt it I would suggest you read page 2 and 4 of the notice of GM available on the Angus website.
It will change your mind!

Rubbish? It’s hardly rubbish. If you aren’t aware of the new Planning permission required you really shone posting regarding the company, let alone in investing!

I am basing my EA observation on the Brockham document published last week where they are having to put it to the public after new information having been submitted.

I’m afraid the PP issue isn’t going to be the next couple of days. The consul ties have until JAn the 21st to reply.

The EA must surely put this back out for public consultation due to the revised plans and scope?

Yes …but that’s of course taken when the existing plant was idle.
I really don’t think they will have a problem if they can keep it quiet enough…… but they have known this for months. The Recent report fails to take into account the existing noise from the site. Complains have been made previously about noise.

All I’m pointing out is that this could again be cause for a long delay. It could also be a reason for the CC to put a noise restriction in place if it’s sent to committee.

The real question everyone should be asking is if Angus are allowed to continue with construction given they don’t have the necessary permission in place?
