What we have now is a fresh document dated this month from Aecom saying
“ new elements subject to a separate approval application”
The new elements are newly highlighted in yellow andinclude the condensate and water storage area, condensate stabilisation tower, the group flare package, several control rooms, several storage tanks, the air coolers, control rooms and The skips and fire water tanks.
Do you think they have changed the plans and submitted them and hope the officer isn’t going to notice?…. She has obviously been talking to them and requested it!
