Quite simply Ocelot because they don’t produce anything and actually since IPO have only sold around £300k of Hydrocarbons.
They are 2 years late in 8 days time from their fist gas production estimate and now around £12/16 million over budget.
They also are supposed to pump oil come to that but that hasn’t happened for over 2 years either has it!!

Ocelot. “Negative For no good reason” the management are a laughingstock! Only the gas prices as you point out are saving them at present!
Just go to the media section at the top of the page and watch any (including the latest) interviews and tell me any different! Nothing and I mean nothing ever comes true!

Ocelot. If it wasn’t for gas prices being beyond anyones wildest dreams this would now be well below 0.80p!!
Saltfleetby has been as usual a complete shambles!
I’m just amazed those who were talking about 6 months of unhedged production from the beginning on here are not livid?? That would have been a game changer.
Instead placing after placing, shares issued for basically losing the legal case and in my opinion looking at another couple of weeks minimum after June 1st until 1st gas…..whatever that will actually be?……..as GL would say don’t shoot me if it’s longer though!!

So yes….I am negative and with good reason!

I suggest you have a look at the full yearly accounts and the recent RNS statement that they were 10% over budget…..along with the last CPR that said they were £500k over even back then! Then take the monthly cash burn out and even with 3 recent placing they are still short!

Mmm… not sure about that hits. They may well want to turn it down but have to come up with a very good reason. Having watched the last Brockham decision being made they have legal advice on hand to advise if they can object on a specific point. They can refuse of course but if it’s not justified then yes they are into legal costs.
Balcombe was turned down as it didn’t fulfil the council’s own planning guidance. I can’t see how this would apply in this case.
Not sure if they have elections coming up in Surrey but that could cause a delay…..want to see more info etc…. EA report/actual estimated production figures are just 2 I can see to justify that outcome.

After watching these Planing meetings live in the past you get to know what they can actually refuse permission for. In Balcombes case they came up with 2 good reasons for unanimous refusinal.
In Brockhams case it’s hard to find any such reason other than the government’s recently stated commitments. That doesn’t mean it’s nailed on to pass however!
My guess is it will probably go through, or they will ask for more information and push it down the road… it won’t be unanimous that’s for sure.

The drone pictures are all in his head…..along with the works being carried out over the 4 day weekend despite the fact that they don’t have permission to work on Sundays, bank holidays or Saturday afternoons.

JD… they can’t produce 10MMSCF in June as they will only have one compressor package on site. So a max of 5MMSCF will be possible. That’s if it’s actually producing in June.

Ok so if we go on The 100% record of getting timelines way out and the fact that they started welding in mid January and they aren’t even half way through probably only A third done looking at the plans and the progress, it’s going to get awfully close to the hedge date start!

The second I have to agree with him though after reading the annual accounts and CPR. I can’t see how they can possibly get to drill the essential sidetrack without funds from somewhere!

. It clearly shows they didn’t have enough to finish the project including the sidetrack. That’s without general cash burn and the debt provisions they must abide by. Then add the £1.4 million CLN and the actual debt repayments!

What’s the sidetrack got to do with 1st gas being moved from May to June?

The hedge commitments kick I July 1st and the £7 million GL talked off disappears as well depending on when and if they do start producing in June.
It’s going to be close.
How are they going to afford the sidetrack do you suppose?
