They would however need the permissions of the debenture holders! That would need to be a sweet deal for all three holders of those debentures for that to happen.

It’s in a queue with 7 similar applications in front of it. The list gives number 7 waiting on the list as being validated on the 17th of November and also had no objections against it. The Angus application was validated on the 16th December. The Edison also submitted by Aecom was validated on the 3rd December.
