I nearly spat my tea out then Bubbles!!
“They have actually done quite a lot in the last 2 years To clean up the sewage spill of the past”
The sewage they largely created?and how exactly have they cleaned it up? By diluting normal share holders to oblivion!
Agreed that mr Herbert seems a decent enough chap. Mr Zielicki however seems as trustworthy as Arther Slugsworth his lookylickey Willy wonkas henchman. Straight out of the same box as Lord Meltonmowbray and Lord 9 digits.
As for your “war Chest” erm they can’t even pay the Royalty interest from Q2 and 3! Hardly something you would choose to ignore with your imaginary war chest! Do you have the figure for the missed hedge contracts, or the legacy contractor payments they listed in the loan agreement, or the acoustic sheds going around the compressors, or if the new £4 million compressor is actually paid for yet.
£23 million built up on that loan by the 1st amortised payment, 5 back payments or heavily discounted new shares to the Royalty interest holders, and £2 million plus to Mr Forrest due in Q2!
£5 million each for the 2 new Saltfleetby wells plus the other essential works, £3 million in upgrades just for the test at Balcombe should they be lucky enough to go ahead, £4 million each at Brockham and Lidsey for new wells at each. Brockham actually has permission for one. Anything they plan to do will require external funding, and they have told us as mucH.
It’s really not hard to see when your back in Bubbles!
