@crumbs, yes so many potential news reasons for a breakout, but also, I'm think(?) there have been periods where the SP just went steadily up without news (in the last 12 months anyway) i.e. almost as a sign of strength/interest, and I'm wondering that as Cleanerworld pointed out, the price has been reigned back perhaps to accomodate these transactions, and now possibly there is no reason for the SP to be reigned in.

Maybe we'll see a similar sign of strength in the SP even before news lands, but obviously would prefer news landing. Monday 7:00 am wil do :)

A very interesting point cleanerworld. I've posted before about just how long this 20-22 range has been going on for. Don't know enough about the world of market makers but perhaps the SP will now finally be let loose now that all the bigwigs have their shares tucked away?

Also judging by this mornings trading the market seems happy about last night's RNS.

I'm guessing the ii and the individual are "much" happier taking on these shares before news of first patient dosed for Covidity and or Modi1? Much cheaper for them to do it now I assume, rather than after a spike?

Two points to note: they are "at the money" and they are in equal tranches over the next three years..........which means, to exercise the options, Lindy has to find over £600,000 each year (hence perhaps the sales today).

But the KEY point here is that it seems that she expects material share price appreciation over the next 3 years.....and that fits with everything else I've seen, pointing to a corporate event in 23/24. The valuation question I posed is related to this, because I hypothesise that "those in the know" (Durrant, Vulpes, Redmile) can see that the current portfolio is undervalued by the market - but of course the company hasn't been able yet to prove it (not because they can't - just because it takes time).

Lucky for them....because they've been able to buy chunky stakes "on the cheap"!I imagine that Vulpes are the institution buying a block at 20.38p......and the "private individual" buying the block at 21p is obviously Inanaco.......;-) .......or perhaps someone else? ;-)

Didin't Prof Poulam say in the Sky interview creating a vaccine for cancer is much more difficult than creating one for viruses? IMO Scancell have done hard work with Immunobody already and therefore have done this the right way round, i.e. targeting cancer first and then simply(relatively speaking) adapting it for Covid.

I know which one I would trust anyway.

@violindog, I personally think we'll here about covidity progress in a matter of weeks, and MODI/SCIB maybe not far behind. But as per chester18's post, we could get a barrage of announcements all very close to each other. As mentioned it's like a coiled spring, both news wise and (therefore) share price wise. IMO.

Would have to agree with hasiba on this. But we can say with some degree of certainty that talks with regards to covidity should be taking place (IMO), and we know deals were on the table for Avidimab, so I would be very surprised if lots of talks/negotiation are not going on in the background for those two at the very least. Again IMO.

Fine by me, I was thinking about adding yesterday, got some today at a better price :)
