Ha ha ha! Yes, I am in this for the divs for the longer term in any case so the SP is less relevant, until it perhaps doubles from my average. A financial advisor I know asked me for my portfolio in my SIPP so he could do some comparisons, I told him no, he would have sleepless nights if he saw it !!

I agree, if I were in their shoes I would rather keep the Company intact as long as possible to see what happens with the war, sanctions etc

Of course the split will add value to the K assets as they will no longer be associated with the R assets - should have a made that point.

As we all know the split between POLY K and POLY R is being worked on and, according to reports could happen in Q2 2023.
Berenberg's TP of GBX300 is based purely on the K assets as it sees R assets a pretty much worthless. So here's my thought process, if we receive like for like shares in both companies we are in effect diluting our shareholding by 50% but of course doubling the number of shares, so this will have little or no real benefit - I know this is being over simplistic.

I see the real value to shareholders being a div from K assets and although R assets are not expected to be FCF positive until 2024, eventually a div from R assets as well at which point the R assets have real value instead of being "Worthless" as Berenberg have them marked down at the moment.

Am I right in these assumptions? As always your opinions count! Thanks

Will it be the news on the shares coming off the NSD, due Dec 17th?
Will it be news of an asset split?
Will it be news of dividend reinstatement?

Will it need all 3?

Can't be easy to keep the lid on this price when you have had nearly three times the amount bought as there has been sold.

You guys are bang on, net purchases in the last 45 minutes of over £230k and that is after the 119k buy so I haven't included that one! Share price...... still down on the day, wtf, it has to be being manually manipulated.

Blocking is one thing, confiscating is simply theft, no matter what the cause. This will lead to counter moves by Russia which could be bad news for us.

BB, a lot of that info I have already had albeit in less detail and it is broadly inline with with Vitaly Nesis' comments in the November update earlier this month. There are some extra details such as the debt split and FCF forecast for Ploy R but these could well have come to light in the last 4 weeks. On balance, I believe the comments are genuine and continue to follow the Company line that I have previously received myself from IR.

GL All, 2023 is going to be awesome for this stock.

Dec 16th is the final submission date for the exchange of shares held in the NSD (About 22% of the company's total) for certified paper shares. At the last update we were told that of the 11% of shares held in this way that could be exchanged, 10.5% ie 95% of the 11% had already been applied for so I think it is just a formality really. Once this has been completed it ticks another box to allow dividends to be restarted.

How likely is it that the POLY R share price will crash and POLY K will balloon as there is a stampede to exit the Russian assets? Or, would it be better simply to hold on, wait and see what comes out in the wash? Your opinions gratefully received.....
