Buckeye, your 30% yield is not correct, sorry. What you will have is a 30% ROI, the yield is calculated as a %'age of the share price. So to put some meat on that, If you buy at 150 and we get a 50p divi that would be a 33% ROI, but if at the time of that divi the share price was, say, 500p that would equate to a 10% yield ie the 50p into 500. But of course you also have the gains of 350 per share. So what I will be considering when we get to that stage of a 10% yield based on share price of £10 is taking out some profit as I think I could get more than a 10% yield with that money elsewhere. That is the yield/ROI conundrum and one which I am very much looking forward to having
