The market cap was 0.5 million due to the situation at the time therefore to raise decent money at those low prices is next to impossible. They did well to only have 130 million now although it could have been lower.

Get some more new out ideally some lab revenue and focus on bringing one more institutional investor in and get the SP moving.

6 million market cap. Even if it dropped it would only take one or two pieces of small news to get to this market cap. We still have a selection of compounds all worth money so we should never be at this price.

More likely when big news arrives like the 201 deal we will rise like HE1 as the market cap is a joke at the moment.

Even if some wally bought at 30p++ because they told everyone it was a no brainer with no down side they would not be on a loser if they won the lottery 😂😂😂🤡🤡🤡

Still watching and waiting. Another placement on the way? As a potential investor one has to bare in mind it’s a fact that CEO job is to do what it takes to look after the company’s future and by investing in a company I do so understanding this. If the company needs money to survive I understand that shareholders as part owners in the company will have to cough up. When you’re in the minority you have no say worth remembering before investing. R

Porky, I seriously don't think you understand placings and risks. Clearly you never learnt from DDDD where you kept buying all the way down thinking it is cheap. You forgot to look at the cash burn rate of 52 million a year in that stock and also it had debt and forgot a placing would not support any working capital. If you were depending on third party payments then that is unreliable.

First of all 5p would be a market cap of 5 million. By then we should have Barcelona as SPV and few lab contracts and further news on other drugs like Hokkaido and 301 even if people think 201 will not get done. You can twist it all you want but that would not be worth 5 p more like 30 p and if we still are 10 p I seriously doubt much discount will be offered.

Second point and this is where you seem to lack knowledge. 5 p placing for say 5 million would be a dilution of about 100 million extra shares. That would mean huge stock and if VAL is burning say 3/4 million with a market cap of just 5 million then unless it goes up big from that point then the stock becomes more risky due to a low market cap and high dilution rates for any future raise and any upwards movements becomes difficult at those price.

The cheapest price and best price to buy VAL is 10 p range. We have lots of news due and hopefully we should move to 20p and above more if 201 gets done. The DIlutions would be less and far more upside with less stock.

You're just looking at the SP price but you don't have a clue about finances. Partly why you got screwed in DDDD so best try and use some common sense.

A Year on and still you’re still here … because you are up to your neck and can’t get out. PM2020 your desperate but if you had listen to Porky and taken appropriate action you would not be in the mess your in now. Learn by your mistakes before it’s too late….

Well researched never heard such a thing. You went big on 4D and lost it all. Your posting history says it all. You also lost on all the other stocks NYCT, HE1, INSP the lot. 4D were burning 1 million pounds a week and you were ramping away when others were selling. You blame Val for those mistakes so here you are.

You may read the broker reports but so do others. The problem is I still don't understand why you spend 3 years here posting constant lies when you have no intention of investing.

Pretending to be some expert and trying to force people to fit your agenda is not going to work.

Well I have information that indicates it is not the case.

The deal is very much on.

Also legally you would have to have an announcement if it failed. The deadline was just for due diligence so if that passed you move onto the next stages with all the legal work and approvals.

Not sure why you are still deramping 3 years on and still twisting everything. I don't get the agenda if you have no intention to buy.

I would suggest it is for working capital purposes. Had you bothered to read the broker report then you would have known the cash was running very low but the question was the placing price. As I said a few days before we had a leak. Predicting 1p/2p placing, no support at all or a prediction of placing every month is not right.

BOD have paid the price with no cheap options. They need to deliver and get the SP back to something at least decent. Making more changes will mean more time wasted with notices, new staff attempting to understand the pipeline and likely more funding if the strategy changes.

You don't want too many compounds in the pipeline when the share price is this low. The key for now is to get the SP so 201 delivery, CLX news or lab contracts.

The placing is irrelevant in this case as it was for such a small amount relative to the market cap. It was probably taken by those who know the upside and what is to come so I doubt we would get any selling until after significant news.

They should now get a really decent valuation for Satoshipay in the coming weeks with money potentially being returned to us, likely more than the market cap.

Dynasty news not far away. I can see us getting back to 0.30 soon.
