Talking about the all cash offer that was rejected and stating 1 of 2 main focuses of stob is aviation. He was being very careful when discussing flyb, makes me think something else is coming our way IMHO.

I see it is plain and simple. From the closing of today, Drop 10 pips OR raise 20ish pips plus a chance to be in on Stob. Loose 10 pips and your in with a chance to gain plenty more with the turn around in the company fortunes. That and a possible re-run in 12 month but at a stronger SP....... IMHO HOLD. AND TOPUP ON THE DROP.

The main 6 positioning themselves here. Price being stagnant whilst the major share holders are snapping up more means this sp should shift north closer to the deadline and if nothing comes from stob it looks like the big guys have faith here anyhow. Quite surprised the little man hasn�t jumped at the chance. IMHO.

I personally would like a mix of shares and cash offer so that I�m in on stob. The more I read about the Brexit negotiations etc the more I believe that this will happen. Amber stob are positioning themselves to beat the French blockades to come and also the eu driving license ban, charges etc.

My view is irrespective of wether a bid materialises, now is a good time to be in here. I�m 50/50 myself on the bid but what I�m sure of is speculation alone has struck interest in this share and got it moving. A nice RNS hopefully will stoke more minds here and then the market for this stock should be in full flow. If a deal is not struck now it�s on the cards in 12 month from now but with a better SP. IMHO stay long come what may.

I have to agree with others here, you are blatantly dogging this share at every opportunity. For what reasons only you know but we can guess. I have purposely stayed out of the whole Sam argument but have now, in my assumptions at least chosen a side. I don�t like singling out individuals as I am not a bully but you sir are, it has to be said. A complete arse at times if not all the times on this forum. I have no doubt you are a genuine character in the real world but you WWW persona is not someone I would like to share a drink with as my glass would always 3/4 empty. Good luck to you Sam.

I realise these things take time, but surely a little release if not just to give a little comfort to those that are invested here.

But what's happening over at ARL with the simec deal announced is what I consider to be a taste of what's to come here and throughout the H2 companies listed. Maybe not today but tomorrow it's coming and it's going to create a huge H2 bubble. As with all bubbles they eventually pop but that usually affects the late comers more than the ones that are in on the early days. Share swapping and pooling resources to get a bigger stake of the market and growth opportunities galore. That's my prediction for 2018 have a merry Christmas all. See you in the new year.

It's simple since have agreed to purchase shares from arl in return for a number of opportunities to be passed Arl's way. Researching through Simecs most recent acquisitions and partnerships I think it's looking to pool a lot of resources into its ambitious plan. Fantastic news for us the share holder IMHO.
