Agreed spread, this share has behaved as bad as its board. If this was a high street retailer they would of called in the admin by now. I am invested here and have resigned myself to believing my grandchildren’s p, children my actually turn a profit. At least I’ve left a legacy to hand down through the generations. This horse needs to be minced up and fed to the dogs...... However I’m guessing they will have to wait for the wolves to have their feed on this dead donkey first. I live in hope but recommend anyone and everyone staying away from this pish poor performing stock and make your quick buck somewhere else. Absolutely no research and speaking from the heart not in an honest opinion. The BOD and shareholders have no control over its own business, the FCA BOE and HMG DO!!!

I stand corrected and am the first to hold my hands up when I’m wrong. Must be a server issue.

Must be speaking the truth here as someone keeps deleting my posts. We all know the truth hurts. The subject was Lloyds with no political tone. Yet the robbinhood type admin decided the post did not fit their own agenda perhaps..

We made money last year, did we not? Even more this year is a definite considering the bank has last years divis in the pot and some with over compensate for PPI. The question here is, when does the shareholder get all this excess back in return for its commitment? As far as I am concerned there is a hell of a lot more than a 2.3p per share divi to return to the share holder. I’m reckoning on at the least double that. Where has all this money been hiding? And who has profited from holding it for so long? Is anyone prepared to take the gamble that they are out of this share when the real payback to the shareholders come? Which is soon IMHO.

Buying back a buzzillion shares here still wouldn’t raise this sp. BOE, FCA And HMG put into hibernation would have an effect though.

The bid could announce a 10p divi and thus SP wouldn’t shift. Who was it that said this share couldn’t be manipulated? Try telling the FCA, HMG and BOE that. Nothing but manipulation since 2008. Lloy must of signed the contract that Barc didn’t want to which had a clause stating everyone and anyone can keep their claws in this pie until all gave been fed except the share holder.

Is there any wonder everyone is turning away from uk based forums and jumping on Reddit.

It was nice of ITV to send Sir Tom on an all expense paid 5 star holiday to Barbados so they could film their gratitude for his efforts during this crisis. Pity it was during lockdown. Can’t blame a man for thinking out loud when News broadcasters, politicians etc seem to contradict their own rhetoric. I’m just hoping we don’t now have a Barbadian variation of this virus in this country thanks to good morning Britain.

WoW... Chill your beans R kid, divis or not lloy is one of the safest bets you’ll ever make at below 70 if you have 5yrs or so in you. There are more expensive shares out there that are more R&D and full of hope more than profit and prospects. Wait for that ridiculously priced share to collapse and put a lot of people on their 4R5E5, then nobody will care about divis l, they’ll just be glad they haven’t speculated too much for a loss.

FCA it seems wants the buy now pay later firms to come under its scrutiny. Is it only me that thinks they’re doing a great job of scrutinising the markets. What a load of old tosh. It looks as if HMG are manoeuvring for the great debt payback that’s coming our way. Yet even more negative influence on this share under the guise of community caring etc.

Is this the end if shorting? I hope not says AHO and Co we stand to loose a fortune. Dealings get darker by the day. Fair market place my 4R5E.

Possibly stage, you could also look at it as the next ceo will already have an understanding of where and how the business is and also ideas of where it should be. I personally think promoting from within is the way forward as often those with a passion for the business and there own success out ways those who excel on taking praise from other people’s efforts and can talk a good game but as proven in this instance that talk is all it is. And as another plus the contractual terms are never as expensive as those players who think they’re above the ones who do the actual work. Let’s have it right AHO should of been punished for his performance and should never have gotten half the rewards he did. So that says to me the outside man philosophy didn’t work very well last time for us so why continue down a failing path and pay through the hilt for it.

Imho it’s the beginning of the end for shorts. How will the market retain integrity from here? New laws on data protection through financial dealings is a must from FCA to begin with. I noticed a few years back when I created a macro on google to search a certain share price. It was a self experiment and when my macro had searched the sp for over 240 mins I went back and examined the effect on the sp then watched the effects unfold over 3days. I repeated a few weeks later and then again. The few weeks was to not show any pattern to the algorithm in place. I would suggest everyone does it and take note of the patterns of your results. Truly amazing.

The best thing from all this is that it’s shown the market to be as shady as it truly is. Much kudos to the Reddit crew that started this.

People should now be examining there positions and hopefully they are in the solid share that actually returns a profit as apples to those way over priced “ with potential” stocks. I’m happy with my position here not happy with the sp but if the markets offer any security it will be in stocks like this. Imho Dyor etc. ATB have a good weekend.
