What Ian saying is I guess during the 90s it became harder and harder to sell weapons around the globe for some countries with a shred of morality. Therefore the west. It now seems we have let those with out the same values exploit the market, disrupt the status quo and start indoctrination of they're values. The Chinese are growing, Iran is growing, Russia WAS growing. Meanwhile the west is eating itself alive. Europe is another disaster just waiting to happen. What man should not fight for his country and family to the death? Agreed they are escaping war, but men should not be escaping war. They should be fighting for there freedoms as they are currently doing in Ukraine. All refugees are to governments around the globe are negotiating chips. They are used from the moment they decide (if indeed they had a choice)to leave. To me personally I think it's a deliberate form of modern day slavery that nobody has to answer to. The people themselves just want to earn a good standard of living. I really do feel for them. However from the gangs shipping them from 1 country to another, up to the government's who find hundreds of thousands of low paid tax payers in essential roles but really crap conditions often offering very little respect. Not to mention the landlord that eventual rent out damp ridden houses helping them to live in squaller but charge then the going rate. There is to much money in the refugee game only not for the refugee themselves. Anybody who plays the liberal minded side and claims the moral high ground over those with perceived right wing tones is absolutely facilitating this complete degradation of human beings and should hang there heads in Shame just as much as the right winger. The only correct answer I am afraid is to give these people the ability to change their own countries too how they want it which more often than not means war and guns. It's a dire truth. Either way exploitation of people is not a very nice business but it is how countries moved forward and developed in the past as it shall always be in the future.

Tart it up as much as you like. FACT is nobody should be granted access as they have not arrived from a war torn country. They are ALL fleeing a safe country so should ALL be considered economic migrants therefore rejected asylum. It's as simple as that. And surely the British banks even the foreign owned but British based will reciprocate the measure's. So in effect you could have Santander charging Spanish folk €5-18 for using a Spanish bank in the UK.
