"This is a significant milestone that should materially enhance the credibility of the project in Mozambique and with international financiers, helping to unlock key development processes including the finalisation of the electricity tariff and PPA with EDM as well as initiating project financing discussions with banks and the China Export and Import Credit Insurance Company ("Sinosure")."
"Am I missing something key?"
A lot apparently, 1. Patents and 2. How tech works.
Apparently you're under the impression Google can make technology in 4 seconds flat. I can imagine the convo now.
Google ceo: JOHN, GET IN HERE
John: Yes boss
GC: You heard of Bidstack?
John: Yes
GC: Good, I want tech like theirs built and I want it on my desk before I finish my morning bagel and coffee. Got it?
John: Yes boss, I'll get the intern on it.
GC: Then get out of here.
10 mins later
GC: John, Where's this tech, why's it not on my desk?
John: Oh, you were serious. I thought it was another of your pranks. Yeah sorry takes time to develop tech.
GC: Can we buy it?
John: Sure, everything had a price.
GC: Excellent
That's exactly your problem. You've been given links to how you can't value a digital tech company in normal metrics, yet you chose to ignore.
So because a digital tech company can't record their tech on the balance sheet, it should be disregarded? That's shortsighted is it not?
Where's your info from that they're burning through cash and need to keep raising? The projections without the raise a while ago was that they would still have cash at the end of the year and be profitable and therfore cash flow positive next year.
The advisory board isn't eating in to the cash as they are paid in options. The tech is already there so no need for big expenditure there.
If this is a shorters dream, why not put your money where your mouth is. Currently no declared shorts, you can be the first.
What assets do you expect a digital tech company to have on the balance sheet?
Many people have given plenty of reasons. If you're upset about the price of the company, then do something about it. Don't cry on here to all of us.
Nickel, did you know in 2016 Google bought Orbitera for over $100m. The company develops and sells an e-commerce platform that automates billing and ordering processes for cloud marketplaces.
Orbitera, Inc. has $1.3M in estimated revenue annually.

Google, also in 2016 paid $625m for Apigee and they are a company that provides API management and predictive analytics software.
2019 they paid $40m for Superpod, which is a question and answer app.
2015 they paid $380m for Bebop, a cloud software company.
2014 they paid $555m, for Dropcam, a company known for its Wi-Fi video streaming cameras
etc, etc
OK then NI, how about this.

NI, you say: "Do you think the TECH giants are threatened or indeed going to just stand by and watch?"
So your belief is only the big guys win? Say that to Apple when they were starting up and Microsoft tried to take them out of the market. Look at where they are now.
You think the market can only be for the use of the bigger players?
How do small companies compete with larger companies?: great customer service, innovation, improve efficiency, connect with your audience, build your rep, tap into niche markets, attract the best
Riskassessor: as you said the other day, "I am out....good run...back into GUN now...before news of the asset.....happy to have been here...ignore th emongs"
We'll all take your advice.
The comparisons to companies like Uber, etc are due to their disruptive tech, which is what Bids have. Uber when it started out, wasn't exactly thought by a lot to survive. Take London as an example, a market dominated by Black Cabs (who some now also use Uber on the side) and traditional cab offices. Uber's tech allowed a smoother booking, fast pick up, cheaper for the customer, etc.
Their technology is why they are worth about 70b.
Bids have a tech that can smoothly integrate ads in to a game without the ads being an annoyance to the gamer. As people have said, that's something that will not show on a balance sheet, but is a reason why the company will be valued at many multiples.
NI, why do you think that a companies tech should have no value attributed to it?
Watcher, when you have someone with the username Nickel Investor, they aren't going to understand unfortunately.
Also NI, you already said that news was priced in, so H1 results (unless we get some spectacular and pit of left field) are already priced in. So onwards and upwards.
Confidence and desperation are 2 different things NI. The air reeks of desperation when you're about.
Question for you NI: who is your undeclared short with?
The Chairman's Statement always reads like someone's essay. I wonder if he asked someone at the local Uni to write a piece for him.
Also "having taken advice from their broker, that they should be able to raise additional equity financing to enable the Group to continue as a going concern." Hopefully they not thinking about a 2 for 1 sale.
Who did you do your short with? Can't find any declared shorts. (or are you just short in spirit?). What platform do you guys use?
A shorter? lol. There isn't anyone shorting a share that's not even a tenth of a penny per share.
Also I wouldn't use Kin Group online data as any bench mark of when results would be released as it's a different company and different BoD. All you would need to know is Final Results have to be released within 6 months of Year End (31 December) and Interim Results have to be released within 3 months of the period end (30 June).
Bidstack released their Year End results on 4 April 2019, won't get any further results release until the half year report. So that will after 30 June 2019 (to be released within 3 months).
Lol, ok Nickel, you expect us to believe you have an open short when there are no declared open shorts on the company.
Or maybe you mean you're spreadbetting? If so a little different to shorting. Also I'm sure the 40 odd % increase in the last week wouldn't have helped your "short".
Also, why do you think "Wall Street crashing" will have any material impact on the company?
