Saw the title and thought you were going to go in to a rendition of Baa Baa Black Sheep for Zinc:
Baa, baa, Zinc Cathode
Have you any Zinc?
Yes sir, yes sir, three bags full.
One for the master,
And one for the dame,
And one for the little boy
Who lives down the lane.
I'll let you guys figure out who's the master, dame and little boy.
A little bit of both. Rosser has 24m options at 0.15, so £36000 to the company.
He could have also participated in a number of the placements over the years.
I'm sure there has also been a few occasions where they were not in a closed period.
Or just taking any shares (I'm sure the tea lady - or tea guy) has more shares than the BoD.
Does Martin really only have 925000 shares? Just had a relook at the placing RNS from March 2013 and he paid 4p a share for them babies. So he could do with a nice average down. 56m shares at 0.12 (£67200). Just have to cut down on the biscuits.
Yeah their valuations are baffling at the best of times.
They also said in the BP flashnote they think production won't start until September 2019 quarter (according to their model). So take it with a pinch of salt.
Also this:
4. The Investment Analyst or a member of the Investment Analyst’s household has a short position in the shares or
derivatives of the Relevant Issuer.
They saying that someone has a short open on Vast?
Unless you're in for a 5 minute trade, why would you want the company to raise at these prices and not higher? How do you know these shares will be sold on to the market and not an individual such as the previous placing? How to do you know it wouldn't be done at a premium?
So your logic is that the share price should just stay here (like it pretty much has for about a year).

There you go Bootsie, we have more boots on thr ground. Although just got a little freaked out. As part of my job (Assessment Officer), I sometimes look through bank statements. Just saw this guy being paid by the UK subsidary of Hudson (the Nasdaq Hudson). Freaky!
Sure, you can even have a look at their UK accounts too North lol
https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/03206355/filing-history
North calls Hudson Global:
CEO Stephen Nolan: Who the f is this, do you know what time it is
North: the boots are on the ground
CEO: F sake bootsie, what do you want now
North: need you to get out of bed and sort the funds out for Bellzone "whispers" boots on the ground
CEO: ok sure, I'll get on it right away
North: Cheers, sleep well "whispers" boots on the ground
Hangs up
Wife of CEO: who was that
CEO: Bootsie
Wife: f sake, he out of the asylum again
Lol North, your crackpot theories make me laugh.
Since you're a shareholder of Hudson, be a doll and get on the blower to them and ask them to confirm that they can release the rest of the loan to Bellzone?
And which stock exchange their listed on (and please don't say NASDAQ lol)
North, you were told before that's a different Hudson Global. They are a recruitment firm listed on NASDAQ. Nothing to do with Sonagol. You're not a shareholder of the Hudson invested here as they are not a listed company. If they are listed then provide us with the ticker.
They used to have Nikolajs Zuks listed separately on the site. Seems like they've lumped his shareholding under Other. Nice of them.
Wonder how he views his shareholding currently.
