1. Keep the faith. DVT, Pollution, muscle synthesis, blood pressure, Covid, what isn’t there to like and more importantly, what’s next....
2. Trade a few on news.
3. Sell the lot as soon as options are exercised by BOD or SL starts unloading.
4. In absence of 3. hold majority until takeover, sell some to manage tax bill. If we see a repeat of 2010 and an RNS saying no reason for rise, sell as many as possible.
5. Be respectful to others, everyone is entitled to their opinion.

he wouldn’t buy the shares, he would just get the delta between strike and exercise price. The tax position is unknown as he may get entrepreneur tax rates.

Agreed 2p isn’t exciting, 5p would be more life changing.

so in essence he gets 350£k fo every penny rise above where we are now - we don’t know what the other criteria are in order to exercise. Subject to tax 3 to 5p would net him a mill.

although there are more shares, we have a lot more health claims cf 2009.

I think 5p would be a good result, but I’m expecting nearer 3p. Given the very large stock options the board have, this range would make them very comfortable indeed.

However if by some good fortune we go mainstream - i.e. FF adverts in middle of Corrie, then 22p would not be unreasonable for a takeover scenario and IF would get on the rich list ? lol

Considering the success of previous fundraisings and the current performance of the business, the Directors have a reasonable expectation of raising sufficient additional capital to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future and for this reason they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the Group's and Parent Company's financial statements.

IF sounded very confident he could raise the cash, probably had discussions before the update.
Re Bluecap, if we get it then FF is on the way to being a billion pound product for whoever owns it when there are 20 million worldwide users. I just hope we are not taken out too quickly.
