Grow up. Filter muppets, please don’t spoil your input into the board with the machinations of a middle aged man buying an extension. Tried sports cars, liable to get me divorced or dead. Decided to stick the money in shares. Read this as it’s more entertaining than Netflix and free.
The point of ‘wasting’ that money is it’s put into an appreciating asset. Means your overheads as the business grows are minimal and if they need the cash they can sell it and lease it back. Not the best use of cash but fundamentally they’re throwing a lot of cash off with no debt which begs the question what do you do with it? Invest in tech - on it. Invest in brands- on it. Invest in infrastructure- on it. If you want share buy backs..... find some nice comfy care home of a share like Smith and nephew.....
Yip, rushed back to the few shops that are left. Rushed to stand in a queue having paid for parking etc etc. Shopping, like work and comms has evolved. It’s simple. Online is here, dinosaurs and Luddites....
Exactly. LEAP is happening, which will give a stack of cash to invest.
Forward planning appointment with key market knowledge to find the next stage of investments.

each to their own of course, however what were you really expecting, a helpful tweet that a placing was under way? this has been planned for the last 4 -6 weeks minimum, thats how long it takes as a minimum.
To the balanced views, this adds to the cash pile. Takes pressure off to finalise JVs if the deal simply isnt good enough. Allows other activities, my only advice is let the CEO explain his strategy and reasoning as the RNS was lacking in detail. This is the my current dog in the portfolio, however HZM where im also heavily invested and a more progressed miner has done the exact same thing, the pain for a few weeks is unpalatable but it recovers as all of the metrics and rationale for investing is still intact. Good luck
Alas you’re missing the key part that this isn’t in Bognor Regis. It’s in the Ukraine and the Russian issue is a huge issue. The SP has grown significantly and is still a bargain. If you like the risk. This feels like it will turn on a wrong word somewhere ..... I wait patiently to see what happens over next two weeks and hope it is still great value
Yip, I’ve exited here. 3.86 this morning. Once it made mainline press report and the rhetoric begins to increase I can see the SP taking a rather large dent. I hope the situation deescalates as with most issues around the globe. Then will review returning. Nice 30% gain and gutted to exit as it’s throwing off cash. This is a risk I’m not prepared to take.
Clearly the comments on this are from those who’ve never been under and NDA. I have and those NDAs and discussions have been material SP movers for the companies I’ve been in. You don’t announce it via and rns for the simple reason that it’s non binding in terms of completion and the principle is you can’t share the info. Now my view is there is no reason BAU can’t go on whilst you are in discusssions unless you’ve given someone a period of exclusivity - suggest 4 weeks a good gauge. As for no more news. I’m really relaxed on this which doesn’t mean anything but I don’t see anything that changes all the positive fundamentals. Relax, April is a good month anyway - historically the best month of the year for SP growth
