How the service work?

- Client Company has the ownership of the inventory (just purchased - also based on trade finance - or produced)
- Client Company sells the inventory to the Platform (special purpose vehicle which buy stocks from several Client Companies portfolio based) and get cash
- Client Company continues to manage physically the inventory just sold to the Platform (it moves from principal to agent)
- once the Client Company sells to its the end customer the inventory which has on consignment has to report the sales to the Platform (because legally and from a tax perspective has to repurchase what has already sold)
- the Platform issues a buyback invoice vis-a-vis the Client Company
- the Client Company can pay this invoice selling new inventory
- and the process continue for 3 years
- at the end of 3 years Client Company can renew the contract or pay the sold stocks via cash
- in case of unsold the Platform pick up the inventory and resell it to Remarketers (other Supply Chain Companies to which the Platform has a binding put option)
- monetisation 100% VAT included
- all sectors
- no debt (true sales - fully de-recognition)

A few shares this year have really taught its all about the long hold. Some like to trade to get free rides but the long hold is far less time and effort and uninterrupted compounding is a beautiful thing.

Such a huge deal this is. We already partner with SIA. Nexi is even bigger and together our partner is now a seriously large world player.

Quite an even spread of thoughts on the price offerings.

Any Bank that doesn't move with the times and get up to speed. Is at a big risk in the next few years. Some already see it and are invested in Fintech innovation, others are slow to react.

I think there will be surprises in store for many. Fintech is the new giant in town. Banks are yesterdays news. Fintech companies will continue to expand, continue to innovate. Lots now offer advances on wages etc. The whole sector is going through destructive change. There will be winners, and losers. As already witnessed from the share prices of once great Banks.
This is just another area or "wheel" in the expanse of Fintech companies as they move with the times and serve customers better than banks can now the regulators have finally got a hold of them.

Hi Cyprus, For me there is room for competition in a €2trillion (Just Europe) market place. It will just up the image of the new way of doing things and SYME are and will always be first. From here, there is so much room to grow, even with competitors which currently, are way behind the curve.

How many Banks are there, competition is good. Proves a market.

Thanks @AP. Got you, a saving of £2.3m in costs by the looks of it. So makes my numbers again too low. Insurance broker fees we know are coming also. So lets run the March 2022 (just one funding route) at 70% margin.
