You incessantly want someone to explain how CHLL is worth 30p.
May i suggest you think about the future..
What future?? Well maybe the other 85,500 stores left which "could" be supplied to over the next few years.
What Is the Price/Earnings-to-Growth (PEG) Ratio?
The price/earnings to growth ratio (PEG ratio) is a stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio divided by the growth rate of its earnings for a specified time period. The PEG ratio is used to determine a stock's value while also factoring in the company's expected earnings growth, and it is thought to provide a more complete picture than the more standard P/E ratio.
You need more than PE when it comes to valuation. You're questions show a real lack of investment understanding and foresight.
For newbies, I've said this before but i will again.
Hype and good news (like a huge distribution deal) will take share prices up high to a glimpse of what they could be, followed by a sharp fall while said news is awaited to be delivered. The longer you wait, the bigger the fall. This is even more compounded in micro and small caps where trading is more illiquid than blue chips.
A good trading/investing strategy I have found, is find the companies early, before the big run in SP. Buy more than you want long term, go all in the earlier the better. When you have a big run in SP, take profits. I have a rule of once you see a 100% gain, sell half and your investment is now a free ride. Far less stressful.
If you are following a company that has run up in share price, but the company hasn't produced accounts/results to match. Maybe think about selling some if you hold, or if you don't hold, don't buy at the inflated prices. Wait till the market comes to you.
I could list tens of shares that have followed this path and ZOE/CHLL is no different. It is now getting into the range of a lot of investors who missed out and thought the train has left the station. They will want on board, some already have been at these levels, some are waiting for further drops, hoping they will get them. Price discovery will settle CHLL where it settles.
For those who believe in the growth story here, It is only getting better for you the cheaper the SP goes before the accounts don't let it drop anymore and demand a floor. This where the market gives opportunities. It looks forward, but reports backwards giving endless opportunity like we are witnessing here now.
It's not a sprint, its a marathon. CBD is one of the few industries forecasting very high CAGR over the next 5/10 years. CHLL are positioning themselves to take full advantage of market dynamics. The list of achievements for the business in the past year is huge, the SP and the business are not always in sync.
