Artists make on average 12% of earnings generated from Streaming. Here we have a business making 65% margin off of artists music and they still can't make a profit! Useless leaches?

One of the main reasons I bought here was the strength of the branding. I think she is on point on that front and the google rankings etc really help. The website and name are great branding. Market not loving the good news but there was sellers from the off this morning. Wondering why they didn't sell yesterday.. Can't have expected much more than £8.5m in a quarter. Top results for a company of this market cap.

It's all wrong for these markets, revenue? Profits? What was needed was a fund raise, some CLN's and then we'd have been marked up today. Just not playing ball..

Personally I wouldn't sell now, I would average down if its possible. Having bought in recently I've done quite a bit of research and I came to the conclusion this was highly undervalued. News from Aus, the high oil and gas prices etc should see this much higher than current market cap. The Helium in Aus has an un-risked value of $172m. That alone will re rate MSMN when the news flow comes, as long as its positive.

Covid has put delays on things in a big way but this is silly cheap now. It actually looks like first profits may be made this year too. Certainly not the time to give up. Painful drop from a few years ago but I can see this going back to and over 1p if the Helium finds come good.

What do you think will happen to "emergency use" vaccines if a treatment/cure is found? My understanding is emergency use vaccines are only possible if there is no known treatment or cure.

Vested interest not to find a treatment or cure? Pfizer made $4bn in a quarter from thier vaccine.

I've held a good few companies working on treatments/cures but the more I research the more i see money motivation and corruption. I hope I am wrong but I don't think we will be seeing a treatment any time soon rolled out as it makes the worlds "emergency use" vaccination program illegal if there is an effective treatment or cure.

Just seen it in trades. Was only 3000. Maybe someone getting robbed on a fill or kill or mm's balancing books.

I would suggest that was the price for the amount of shares requested. Has it shown up in trades? If not then it was a dummy buy, someone putting on the order book a number of shares that was probably so large, that was the price you would have to pay for them. On numerous occasions I've seen large investors talk of a price way over ask if you want a large amount. So an order went in to see what was offered, probably withdrew the offer if it was a quick blip or it will show in trades.

Yes @Earl, i think they are starting to be vocal, its just a slight delay which is everywhere these days and in all industries it seems. More than happy at these levels. Good things to come.

Great op to build that holding. Had a feeling COVID would slow things down. Looking very good for news flow once it gets going. I actually want them to drop it more, still building my holding. This is a rare op in my eyes.

The last placing was specifically for further shares in our BELL holding to keep the dilution down on IPO. We are about 4x/5x up on that so far.

There was also a massive complaint from existing shareholders it was too cheap and why wasn't it done through Primary Bid. The company now know, existing shareholders want a piece and the discounts of 50% aren't needed.

We've seen the placing investors flip out already, just easy money for them and it's held back TEK and all there shareholders.

Personally I can't see another discounted placement from TEK. The company is way more advanced now in just 6 months and is trading quite some under NAV. Shareholder base is strong and would support any need for cash themselves via Primary Bid if needed but I can't see the need.

What do you think they need placing money for?
