Because it's up almost 1000% since Dec. 10% is hardly tanking. Trails are ongoing for covid but even if it fails for that, it works for other illnesses.
This could come back more, but could also do another 1000% if proved successful for covid-19.
Buy on days like today not when its up loads and hard to buy. sell on up days if you want to sell.

Today is a buy day in my mind. This will rally before the end of week on expectation of news.
