Simple answer @Only. Licence the tech. Bottom line is, if they crack it with speed/energy efficiency every miner and his dog will want a piece. You could maybe try and be the best miner out there but I'd say just selling the tech to all, or the few who can afford that.

I may be out on some numbers here here but from memory. It's a notification of when someone buys 3% or more of the company. I think its 3% for UK and 5% for International buyers. After that its notifications for every 1% change either way.

No idea, had movement like this about a year ago on another suspended share.. Thought it must be coming back soon, its still suspended. Once it is back you'll be able to buy/sell.

The fact you can still buy the whole company for £58m and they have just discovered over 1 billion barrels in a safe jurisdiction with just 12% going to government over 85% in say Nigeria. This is a rare rare opportunity that doesn't come along every day..
