My question and my point is that if there are only 3% of shares at present to shake out of the tree where will IIs get the rest?
I'm guessing we'll see some more insider sells to 'pay tax' and the VCs will be tapering down at some point. I can see pressure for upward surge as in your scenario Mando but there are risks that too many of the 'locked' shares become unlocked.
To reiterate I am holding.

Thanks Mando as always. How do you feel about the relatively low level of shares available to trade? Company 'insiders', the share scheme and VCs account for 68% of total shares. PIs account for less than 3%. No wonder there is repeated tree shaking.
IIs are either trading amongst themselves, doing deals with the majority holders or squeezing the PIs.

It really is disgraceful how this stock has been manipulated and taken advantage of. How much Dark are culpable is anyone's guess but a trip back to FTSE250 is a distinct possibility.

Interesting analysis Mando. Your inputs always thought provoking. Would say though that there are a lot of shares held by original stakeholders, ML being a significant one. So the shares traded / traded shares are all sloshing sound in a limited pool. Susceptible to big offloads from large stakeholders centralizing gains.

WOSG. Been in US for five years. Expanding there and in UK. Europe next. Paying down debt quicker than forecast. No supply issues.

Just putting it out there but maybe DT could take a leaf out of Watches of Switzerlands book and manage expectations clearly and positively. Latest WOSG trading update positive. Good and regular communication with investors and a house broker managing IIs proactively. Consistent growth with a clear strategy. I'll not mention it again on here. Come on DT!

Its when demand outstrips supply - up or down. They hold auction to clear the logjam. In this case it was going up.
Last week it went into auction as people were jumping ship.

Quoting sell at 672, buy 594 but of course you can't do either

That BB makes this one look like afternoon tea at the vicarage.
Look at the owners and the business plan.
Its been 'undervalued' for at least six months but stubbornly refuses to revive.
There are some institutional shorters involved who aggressively try to suppress SP
I hope DT doesn't follow suit.

Hellas, I got burned and cut my losses. Am back in now at this level but reality has set in. Not all IIs make the right calls and 750 is achievable in the medium term - hopefully sooner. However the Vitruvium deal yesterday at 580 illustrates the difficulty of trying to value this business. Frankly I think Jeffries / Berenbergs have not served DT well as far as managing expectations amongst investors. Indeed Berenbergs was one of the beneficiary's of yesterdays auction.

Is all I can say. My one beacon of consistency this year. Trading update next Tuesday.
Down today I'm guessing because of Next but different sector.
