If he wasn't then we have absolutely nothing to worry about and in fact the sp now is crazy cheap if they sort the efficiency out at the plant by year end...

If he was lying then im afraid it could be curtains

An RNS detailing exclusivity discussions with another partner would help steady the ship. If he's been busy behind the scenes this may not be too far away

It will come down to imo what penalty clauses Canmax have in supplying lithium to their buyers....

They may well decide to take the hit if Prem's current situation with the plant and grades is deemed too much of a risk and the penalties for late supply are manageable. If, however, those clauses are significant....well then they need the lithium.

You wouldn't put money in a bank that you can't withdraw it from would you?
