I fully support that we all need to take accountability for our actions and recycle, use public transport (when the tw$ts are not striking that is), consider our environmental impact but if you think forcing everyone to EV cars is going to make one jot then you're naive i think. You only have to look at what blowing up Nord Stream 2 has done to energy in EU...coal fired power stations are being recommissioned and switched back on all over the place to cater for the fact the same people that want us to be ultra clean for the greater good of the environment are forcing coal fired power stations to come back online as to be quite blunt renewables are not enough to meet demand. Nuclear is the cleanest source of energy and all efforts should be put towards that....well and being able to perform fusion of course and harvesting the outputs from that.

I disagree LordGibil. There are many many climate experts who also disagree that we're nowhere near the elvel of climate emergency that they will have us believe. Maybe if they stopped interfering with our weather through cloud seeding and jumping on any heatwave or snowstorm as climate change and let people make up their own minds... This is the real issue with society - instead of debating the topic and finding a middle ground it's our way or the highway...this just alienates people and creates division so ultimately doesn't benefit anyone.
