Tidal - probably the best of the lot in terms of consistency but then you have the problem of storage. Storing the elctricity past a week is currently not possible so you can have as many renewables on the go as you like it still will not meet needs of people switching the kettle on after they've zombied out to Coronation St..

This is why EV using normal lithium batteries will never fly...don't shoot the messenger, im just following the actual science

Cosmonaut i'm not saying it's currently bad for Prem - the money flowing into the sector is huge which is why im here following it investing in Prem. You can invest in something without agreeing with the principles you know. Follow the money...scientifically flawed until electricity is produced via renewables but hey if people are throwing the sink at it you join them, not stand there shaking your head in disbelief watching it

i don't understand why people jumped on the crypto bandwagon...with a set amount of bitcoin available for example how can it ever be used as a currency? Agrees Zan - it was a bit of a sweeping statement that everyone is looking out for number 1.
