This is not your ordinary placement guys, this has been "Pre-arranged " through private investors, Banks, Funds, insurances etc...... These shares will not be in the public domain. They are a "non-brokered subscription"...... PIs will panic now to sell,,,they see the term"Placing" and throw their toys out. This, (if there is such a thing) is a good placing, a way of raising money to invest without damage. It's PIs that will damage the SP today, IMO
